⏳ Processing Time
Ticket exchanges are processed manually by our box office team during office hours.
- Exchanges are handled in order of submission
- During busy periods (such as poor weather), processing may take 24–48 hours
⏰ Exchange Deadlines
Family Theatre:
Exchanges must be submitted at least 1 hour before the performance
Under the Stars / Shakespeare / Music / Indoor Events:
Exchanges must be submitted at least 3 hours before the performance
💳 Fees & Charges
- No exchange fee applies
- If you move to a higher-priced performance (e.g. off-peak to peak), you may need to pay the difference in ticket price
