What You Need to Know

Please note: ASC’s Exchange Policy is not applicable to Musical Theatre Performances, such as HAIR The Musical. Please refer to the venue’s policy.

Processing Time

Ticket exchanges are processed manually by our box office team during office hours.

Exchange Deadlines

Family Theatre:
Exchanges must be submitted at least 1 hour before the performance
Under the Stars / Shakespeare / Music / Indoor Events:
Exchanges must be submitted at least 3 hours before the performance

Kew Members: Special Pricing

As a Kew Member, you have access to special discounted ticket prices for Theatre On Kew productions.

Show your membership card

You must present your valid Kew membership card at the entrance on the day of the performance.

Buying for your group?

You may purchase tickets for others in your group at the member rate. However, the Kew Member must be present and display their membership card on entry.

A transaction fee of £1.95 applies per booking.
